Refund Policy

Version v1.0 · Last Updated: October 21, 2026 · Effective Date: October 21, 2026

1. Refund Principle

We refund unspent account balances, not services already consumed.

This Refund Policy supplements Section 7 of our Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between the two, the Terms of Service shall prevail.

2. Refundable vs. Non-Refundable

✓ Refundable
Unspent account balance
Must be requested within 14 days of top-up; payment processing fees deducted
✓ Refundable
Duplicate charges or billing errors caused by system faults
Refunded in full; not subject to the 14-day limit
✓ Refundable
Continuous service outage exceeding 72 hours attributable to our platform
Prorated refund for unused days, or credited to your account balance
× Non-refundable
Purchased monthly plans
Including any unused time remaining in the current billing cycle after cancellation
× Non-refundable
Consumed hourly usage fees
Amounts already deducted for actual instance runtime
× Non-refundable
Accounts suspended or terminated for policy violations
See Section 10.3 of the Terms of Service

3. Account Balance Refunds (Refundable)

3.1 Eligibility Criteria

You may request a refund of your unspent account balance if both of the following conditions are met:

  1. The request is submitted within 14 days of the top-up transaction being credited to your account; and
  2. The requested amount represents the unspent portion of your account balance.

3.2 How Processing Fees Are Calculated

Refunds are subject to deduction of the actual transaction processing fees charged by the payment provider. These fees are deducted by the payment provider at the time of the initial transaction; we do not retain any portion of them and cannot waive them on your behalf.

For example: If you top up $10 and the payment provider charges a 1.6% processing fee (approximately $0.16), a full refund requested without any usage will return approximately $9.84. If you have consumed $1.00 in hourly usage, the refundable amount will be approximately $8.84.

Note: Actual fee rates are subject to the payment provider's published rates at the time of the transaction. Cross-border payments or specific payment methods may incur additional fees; the exact refundable amount will be confirmed with you prior to processing.

3.3 Non-Refundable Portion

Hourly usage fees already deducted from your balance are non-refundable. In practice, your cost to try the service is limited to the runtime you actually consume plus the payment processing fee.

4. Monthly Plans (Non-Refundable)

4.1 Purchased monthly plans are non-refundable, including any unused time remaining in the current billing cycle following cancellation.

4.2 Rationale: Once a monthly plan is paid for, the corresponding server resources are reserved exclusively for you for the entire month, and non-refundable upstream infrastructure costs are immediately incurred on our end.

4.3 We therefore strongly recommend starting with pay-as-you-go hourly billing. You can launch an instance with a minimum top-up of $10 at roughly $0.05 per hour—coding for a few hours costs only cents. Once you have verified that your API keys, workflows, and tools work as expected, you can migrate to a monthly plan with one click.

4.4 For subscription cancellation procedures and effective dates, please refer to Section 6 of the Terms of Service.

5. Consumed Hourly Usage (Non-Refundable)

Hourly usage charges deducted while your instance is running are non-refundable. Usage is prorated by the minute, and billing stops immediately when your instance is powered off.

6. Exceptions (Full or Prorated Refunds)

6.1 Duplicate Charges and System Errors

If a system error on our part results in duplicate charges, incorrect amount calculations, unintended plan activations, or erroneous billing, we will issue a full refund upon verification, exempt from the 14-day window and non-refundable clauses.

6.2 Extended Outages Attributable to Our Platform

If your instance is continuously unavailable for more than 72 hours due to faults solely attributable to our platform, you may request either:

You may choose either option. The following are not considered faults attributable to our platform: user operational errors, outages or rate-limiting by your chosen AI model provider, upstream cloud infrastructure failures, ISP or network carrier issues, or force majeure events.

6.3 Service Discontinuation Due to Upstream Provider Termination

If policy changes by an upstream cloud provider prevent us from continuing to deliver a purchased plan, we will notify you in advance and issue a prorated refund based on the remaining unused days.

7. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request";
  2. Include in the body: your account email address, order ID or top-up timestamp, requested refund amount, and a brief reason for the request (a single sentence is sufficient);
  3. We will reply within 2 business days to confirm eligibility and the exact refundable amount;
  4. Once you confirm the amount, we will initiate the refund within 5 business days.

Refunds are returned to your original payment method. If the original payment method is no longer valid, we will coordinate with you to arrange an alternative method.

8. Refund Processing Timeline

StageTimeframe
Initial response to your requestWithin 2 business days
Refund initiation after your confirmationWithin 5 business days
Payment provider and bank settlementTypically 5–15 business days, depending on your payment method and bank

Once a refund is issued, the corresponding balance will be deducted from your account. If you have any outstanding unpaid charges, we reserve the right to offset them against your remaining or future balance.

9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us first at [email protected] before filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We commit to responding within 2 business days and resolving verified billing errors within 5 business days.

Initiating a chargeback without prior communication may result in immediate account suspension. Following the resolution of a dispute, we reserve the right to evaluate whether to restore service to the account.

10. Frequently Asked Questions

Can I get a refund on my balance more than 14 days after topping up?

No. However, your account balance never expires—it remains in your account indefinitely and can be used for hourly runtime at any time.

If I use a monthly plan for 3 days, can I get a prorated refund for the remaining 27 days?

No. Monthly plans are non-refundable once paid. Please use pay-as-you-go hourly billing first to verify which instance specification best fits your needs.

The third-party AI API relay key I bought doesn't work. Can you refund me?

No. API keys and third-party relay services are sold and provided by independent third parties; they are outside the scope of our sales, and we do not process those payments. Please contact the provider from whom you purchased the key. However, if you are simply having trouble configuring your key, feel free to email us—we are happy to help you set it up.

If I top up $10, spend $2, and request a refund, how much will I receive?

The refundable base is the remaining $8, minus the payment provider's transaction processing fee, provided the request is made within 14 days of the top-up.

Will requesting a refund affect my account?

No. Your account remains active after a refund, with your balance adjusted accordingly, and you may top up again at any time. Your instance will only stop when your balance reaches zero and no active monthly plan is in place.
